• Authentication Data: Login credentials (email and password).
• Chat and Call Data: Chat messages are stored to provide history. For calls, only call records (time, duration, participants) are stored. Call audio is not recorded.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and unique identifiers for security and analytics.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as health, biometric, or financial details beyond payment processing).

2. Permissions We Use

• INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: Required for chat, calls, and app functionality.
• RECORD_AUDIO & MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS: Enables real-time audio calls between users and astrologers. Audio is transmitted live and not stored.
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Allows users to upload or update profile pictures.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS & ACCESS_NOTIFICATION_POLICY: Sends chat replies, call requests, and updates.
• WAKE_LOCK & FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL / MANAGE_OWN_CALLS: Keeps calls active even when the screen is off.
• BLUETOOTH: Routes audio through Bluetooth devices.
• VIBRATE: Provides vibration alerts for calls and notifications.
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: Brings the app to the foreground for incoming call notifications.

We do not use these permissions for any purpose other than providing the described features.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide dream interpretation chats and audio call features.
• Manage user accounts and authentication.
• Enable real-time communication using ZEGOCLOUD.
• Send push notifications through Firebase.
• Improve app functionality and security.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Chat messages and call history (not call content) are stored securely on our servers.
• We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with trusted third-party services that process data under their own privacy policies:

• ZEGOCLOUD – Real-time communication (calls and chats).

6. Data Sharing

• We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.
• Data is shared only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the App.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app is rated for general audiences: PEGI 3 / ESRB Everyone / IARC Rated for 3+ / Google Play Rated for 3+ (Russia & South Korea) / ClassInd All Ages. In Germany, the app is rated USK 16+.

If you are under the minimum age required by your country’s laws, you may not use this App without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your account data.
• Request restriction of processing of your data.
